We want you to love what arrives. If something is not right, we will sort it out.
Returns and exchanges
You may return or exchange a piece within 14 days of receiving it, in line with Israeli consumer protection law.
The piece must come back unworn, in its original condition and packaging.
Return postage is at your cost, unless the piece arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.
Made-to-order pieces
A piece made specifically for you — including engraving or resizing — cannot be returned unless it is faulty.
Faults
If there is a fault in the making, message us on WhatsApp with a photo and we will repair or replace it at our cost.
A refund is made by the same means you paid, within 14 business days of the piece reaching us. Payment itself is arranged with Opal directly, not through this site.
