This site does not sell online and collects no payment details. Information reaches us only when you choose to send it — on WhatsApp, or through the contact form.
What we collect
The basket is not posted to any server of ours. Sending it opens a prepared WhatsApp message, and you decide whether to send it.
The contact form emails Opal the name and phone number you enter and, if you choose to add them, an email address and a message. It is sent through an email service provider (Resend), only so that Opal can reply to you.
Nothing from the form is stored on the site: there is no database behind it, and the details are not used for anything else, such as a mailing list.
There is no payment processing on this site, and no field anywhere that takes card details.
The basket is kept in your own browser and never reaches us.
How we use it
Whatever you send on WhatsApp or through the form is used only to answer you and to arrange the piece.
The site runs no analytics, pixels or third-party trackers.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you — message us on WhatsApp.
